How do I transfer from my Vault to my trading account?
To transfer funds between your Vault and trading accounts please log into FxPro Direct and click the green “Manage FxPro Vault” button on the sidebar, from here you will be able to transfer funds between your Vault and FxPro trading accounts by using the dropdown menus on the top right-hand side of the page.
How do I withdrawal funds?
To withdrawal funds, please log into FxPro Direct and make a withdrawal request. To do this click green “Manage FxPro Vault” button on the sidebar, from here you will be able to transfer funds between your Vault and trading accounts, view a full transaction history and make deposits/withdrawals to and from your Vault by clicking on the relevant link. Our accounting department will receive your request and proceed within 1 working day.
How long does it take to process my Fxpro withdrawal request?
All Fxpro Withdrawal requests are processed by our Accounting department within one working day, however the time taken for the funds to be transferred will depend on your payment method. Bank Transfers are ordinarily processed by us within 1 working day, however, it takes about 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited to your account. Credit/debit card withdrawals are also usually processed by us within 1 working day, but 5-7 working days are required for the funds to be credited to your account. All other payment methods are usually processed by us in 1 working day.
What should I do if I have not received my Fxpro Withdrawal ?
If you have not received your bank wire withdrawal after 5 working days, please contact Fxpro forex broker, who are able to provide you with a Swift Copy. For withdrawals via card, if 10 working days pass and your funds are not reflected, please send a copy of your card statement to Fxpro broker by email and they will contact the card processing company.
